Overview:
The Zoning Board of Appeals is a statutory body that consists of citizen members who hear variance requests from the requirements of the De Pere Zoning Code.

Meeting Information:
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets as needed on the fourth Monday of the month at 4:45 PM in the City Council Chambers. Any person interested in applying for a variance should contact the Building Inspection Department a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the meeting.
