Overview:
The purpose of the Economic Development division is to promote economic development through land sales in the De Pere Business and Industrial Parks; work with De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce and the De Pere Main Street in downtown areas; assist industrial and business expansion through retention efforts; administer the City's Revolving Loan Fund.

City of De Pere Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Program:
The purpose of the RLF program was established to create employment opportunities, encourage private investment, and provide a financing alternative for new business start-ups or expanding existing businesses in the county. The RLF program includes interest rates and loan maturities that are designed to encourage business development, while providing for recapitalization and growth of the RLF.
City Land for Sale:
The City of De Pere has three (3) industrial/business parks that have available land for development. In each of these industrial parks, the City has land that is for sale for development. The City requires that as part of the purchase, the proposed project must meet our design standarnds and the project must be started within one year of the site acquistion.

Tax Increment Finance Districts (TID):
The City of De Pere has four (4) active TID's that can provide assistance for economic development. The type of assistance is dependent on a number of factors such as the proposed project, the type of assistance requested and the current age of the TID itself. Maps of each district are provided below.
