Overview:
The Plan Commission oversees the planning functions for the City of De Pere. This guidance is provided through the implementation of the City Comprehensive Plan. The implementation of the Comprehensive Plan is carried out in the daily activites of Staff which includes the implementation of the the land subdivision code (plats and Certified Survey Maps (CSM's)), the Zoing Code (rezonings, site plans, development guidelines), and future land use planning (future land uses, annexations, etc.).
